If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Went through hoops to finally receive this item. Started using it less than a week ago and the slot that my debit card goes into already ripped. Horrible quality Had so many problems getting this item that I don't even want to deal with them about returning this one. Beware of this shop

Before today I have never published a negative review. I placed an order for a wallet but received a credit card case. I reached out to the shop and they were less than helpful. They would not even send out the correct item until they got back the wrong item that they sent. After several messages I finally ordered the wallet again so that it could be received in a timely fashion. All this time they held onto my money for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but when one does I think the shop should take the steps to make the customer happy. I gave them $50 and they sent me a $20 item and held onto my money for several days. Then once the tracking showed it was received back they still would not give me a refund until they could get to the post office. Very disappointed
