If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. The wallet is absolutely beautiful (the brown lily one) but putting cards in and out of the slots is so difficult with this wallet. SELLER NOT RESPONSIVE. I'm struggling to put in my ID into the window slot and it requires a lot of wiggling and shoving. Then when I attempt to take my ID out it is a major struggle and my fingers barely grip it as it sits too snug in the slot. I figured I'd just put my ID in a different spot but then found that as I loaded more cards in different spots that it made it difficult to slide cards in and out of spots in general as the wallet got more full. Maybe someone with more patience would be fine with it but I'm finding it very difficult to move cards in and out of the slot with ease. I know when I'm in a rush at the store it'll be even more of a struggle when I'm trying to be quick.
