    Return Policies.

    If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:
    - your name
    - order number
    - what you would like to return
    Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you.     HORRIBLE customer service! Make-up bag I ordered arrived with scuffs/marks all over it so I contacted seller w/ photos for a refund. She claimed the bag was like that because of their use of sustainable leather. We went thru several rounds of me telling her they aren't leather imperfections but scuffs/marks, and her telling me it's just sustainable leather. I told her I wanted a full refund and reimbursement for return shipping. It arrived at USPS in Hawaii and sat over a week before they picked it up and issued a partial refund. She still insisted nothing is wrong with the make-up bag. I opened a case with Etsy and won. Bad customer service! Seller does not listen to her customers. Makes excuses. Here is just one of the photos of the condition of the bag when it arrived.
