Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.

We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.

This wallet is so beautiful. It is exactly as pictured and described. I purchased this as a gift for my mother and the engraving is high quality and exactly as I wrote. Also, I included a gift message for my mom and it came hand written on a card.

Nice product with plenty of pockets and slots. Arrived when they said it would. I had purchased another item from another vendor and it never arrived even though that seller argued with me about the fact it had been delivered. I recommend this seller and if you'd like to know the other seller who argued with me, contact me.
