Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.

We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.

I knocked off a star only because I ordered 2 wallets and only one was shipped, the second one I ordered was out of stock by the time I got the first one in.
