Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

I can’t even review the product because I never received it; my review is about the costumer service. The seller has sent me the wrong item and the issue was addressed, but it took forever for the seller answer me, I had to keep “asking” about my return and it seems that I was doing her so much trouble for a mistake she made! It was very disrespectful and I had to end up cancel my order of course! It seems to me that it was personal for some reason; so I really hope that she can learn that people make mistakes and in the future she corrects the issue promptly and give the customer the respect they deserve! Not for me!!

When I received the item the wallet looked great and then I tried opening the zipper which ended up being defective. It just wouldn't work. Upon inspection its clear it was made with a really low quality zipper which explains why it didn't even get to be used once! Bummer since the wallet seemed otherwise nice. I wont be buying another one.
