Return Policies.
If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. I can’t even review the product because I never received it; my review is about the costumer service. The seller has sent me the wrong item and the issue was addressed, but it took forever for the seller answer me, I had to keep “asking” about my return and it seems that I was doing her so much trouble for a mistake she made! It was very disrespectful and I had to end up cancel my order of course! It seems to me that it was personal for some reason; so I really hope that she can learn that people make mistakes and in the future she corrects the issue promptly and give the customer the respect they deserve! Not for me!!

When I received the item the wallet looked great and then I tried opening the zipper which ended up being defective. It just wouldn't work. Upon inspection its clear it was made with a really low quality zipper which explains why it didn't even get to be used once! Bummer since the wallet seemed otherwise nice. I wont be buying another one.
