Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.
Personalized, engraved, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please carefully check spelling, dates, capitalization, and personalization details before placing your order.

Each Saly Limon piece is made from genuine, responsibly sourced leather. Because real leather is naturally absorbent, a little care will help it stay beautiful for years.
Keep your wallet or bag away from rain, spills, excessive heat, alcohol, perfume, and harsh cleaning products.
If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Avoid rubbing, soaking, or using a hair dryer.
Occasionally apply a small amount of leather conditioner, testing it first on a hidden area.
Your leather may soften and develop a richer character with time—part of the beauty of a piece made to be used and loved.

Because each order is prepared individually and we work quickly to ship orders on time, we’re generally unable to provide digital mockups. Listing photos show examples of our fonts and placement. Please message us before ordering if you have questions about whether your wording will fit.

I just want to note a few things. First, the shipping was in a box with no packing besides maybe some tissue paper. It came a bit warped because of the long journey. Secondly and more importantly the credit card slots don’t fit a normal size credit card even after using for a month plus (so no "stretch" happened for me). They are obviously not long enough by quite a few mm so it seems an easy enough correction to make at the craft level. You can see numbers written inside the small coin pocket from some of the workshop work - it doesn’t add to the « lux» feeling. I also notice the material is dirty from day one. I missed all the one star reviews or would not have bought. I would not buy again and cannot recommend. I will use a while longer and then switch out for a new season. Not a keeper. Zero quality.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new wallet! It arrived very quickly. I purchased it to go with the Gilmore Girls tote my daughter picked up for me. The yellow matches the bag's color perfectly. In the picture, it appears slightly different, but that’s not the case in real life. The customer service was exceptional. After I ordered my wallet, I received a message saying that the lime green interior was no longer available, and only burgundy was available. Unfortunately, RC schooling meant I was overexposed to Burgundy (and Navy) during my formative years…(and don’t even mention Saddle Shoes to me.) I needed to cancel my order, but I said I’d keep checking back (I really wanted that wallet from that shop.) A short time later, I received a message that I could get my wallet! Now that’s service😊
