Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

I ordered this bag in yellow, and received it quickly. When I took it out of the packaging I noticed 2 or 3 small dark marks on it in a few places which somewhat resembled dark dirt or brown ink. I contacted the seller asking for information on how to clean the marks off the leather and was told they are actually a good thing and prove authenticity, and that I should avoid using water on it to clean it (but not how to actually clean it). The seller's description says the coloring may show differently for each bag but I was not anticipating what I consider to be dark defects and distracting from the rest of the bag. So I was a little disappointed with how this was handled, especially since the bag will be a gift. Other than that, the bag itself feels high quality and the yellow is a very pleasant color.

These are really gorgeous bags. Just a note - there is a strong odor from the tanning and dying process that will likely diminish with use of the bag. I wouldn't let that discourage from buying. This is a great shop!
