If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:
- your name
- order number
- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you.
