Return Policies.
If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. I purchased two of these as gifts and they turned out amazing! Maria was very communicative with me and worked fast. Shipping was quick too (arrived sooner than I expected). I selected the custom handwritten option because I thought it would be a nice touch and it turned out really cute. I will say, the black ink did transfer a bit so I avoided touching it more than I needed to—either way, it looks awesome and the overall quality is great. Will definitely be purchasing from this shop again.
