Return Policies.
If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

- what you would like to return
Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Love the backpack/purse. She also has a purse and understands it's pure leather but this backpack's leathery odor is sticking around much longer than the purse. Not sure if that's to be expected. Other than that she loves it. She helped me rate it since this was a gift.

********SCAM ALERT****** Cheap Quality - Magic Marker Engraving - First thing I noticed was my name slants downhill - then the Magic Marker they used to "engrave" my name bled into the material which does not smell anything like leather. This Item is cheaply thrown together. Not "handmade" like the claim on the website.
