We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.

Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

This is one of the most perfectly designed things i have ever seen. There is a pocket for everything i carry in my bag. I can organize and easily find everything now. The pouch is made so nicely and crafted with beautiful, soft leather. It was packaged securely and arrived extremely fast. This seller is consistently great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to organize their bag and wants something nicer than the mass produced organizers I’ve seen before.

The item would have been lovely. Except, the customer service was terrible! They completely sent the wrong item. It was the wrong style and did not have the embossing. It's like they didn't even try. Then they refused to pay return shipping and were going to charge ME a restocking fee. I had to involve Etsy to get my money back and they still sent me a msg to threaten they would turn me in to etsy if they didn't receive the item back in 15 days. I'm not sure they ever even had to pay etsy back. Seems like a raquet.
