We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.

Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

Item shipped quickly and arrived quickly. I appreciate that especially during the hectic holiday season. Wallet is the correct color and it looks great. The flower detail is really beautiful. I worry the button snap may be a bit flimsy but otherwise a great item.
