Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.

If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.

I love this little wallet! It's perfect. Fits a couple of cards, a license, and a little money—just the basics. I was a little disappointed by the dark purple dye. It wasn't as vibrant and bright as the photo, but I know these dyes can vary from photo to actual product. It's growing on me. I will order again from this vendor but will try a different color. You won't be disappointed in the quality! Excellent craftsmanship.

The wallet was lovely and exactly what I wanted, however the snap broke after three weeks. The seller provided a shipping label for an exchange, but has not been able to provide either an exchange or refund after receiving the package two weeks ago (per the tracking information).
