Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.

This flat iron case is perfect. Very nice leather and craftsmanship. I like that there is room for the iron and an extended length cord. It is a bit larger than I imagined. That’s a good thing. Speedy shipping. Packed well for shipping.
