We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.

Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

My luggage tags arrived today in the mail . Thank you ! They look good, but there is a strong smell . Hopefully that will leave. I probably should've picked another font though as the "i" in the name doesn't look like an i . Love the design and tooling . Also friendly service ! I paid over $80.00 for two tags and they don't have the small fastener to attaché to the luggage ? It is just one solid loop so not sure how they will fasten . Not as shown when arrived . Can you make this right for me ?
