If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Fast shipping, excellent detail, beautiful teal color, snap is a little tight but will loosen over time, so much easier to carry my cards and cash.

The item is very well made. The card slots are a tad small. They are not deep enough to see the card behind it well. The shipping was timely. I would not recommend this item if you require more than 3 card slots. Due to the depth issue.
