We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.

Yes! We offer wholesale starting at 25 pieces. Send us a message with your quantity and needs—we’d love to work with you.
Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

Item recieved is very pretty on the outside and fits description. The zipper for the bag feels a bit flimsy and already fights with you despite feeling flimsy. The inside of the bag is a bit messy with the threadwork and already has fraying material that concerns me. Overall it doesn't feel like a bag that will last more than a year of actual use. Very pretty nonetheless.
