Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.
Personalized, engraved, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please carefully check spelling, dates, capitalization, and personalization details before placing your order.

If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Avoid rubbing, soaking, or using a hair dryer.

Beautiful and spacious bag, sturdy construction from supple leather and a water resistant liner material, all true to colour. Zippers work well. The center divider/pocket is attached at the sides and not the bottom, so it can be shifted to accommodate contents in either section. Easily fits a variety of makeup products while keeping wonderfully organised and still being able to be closed. Very pleased! The only concern was that the box the product came in arrived fairly damaged, and thankfully the bag itself was unscathed, but I could see maybe including a little extra packing material just to make sure any damage in the post is further protected against, since the damage did extend to the tissue wrapping that the bag came in. Definitely not the seller’s fault that the box got smashed in though, haha.
