Yes! We offer wholesale starting at 25 pieces. Send us a message with your quantity and needs- we’d love to work with you.
Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.
Personalized, engraved, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please carefully check spelling, dates, capitalization, and personalization details before placing your order.

Each Saly Limon piece is made from genuine, responsibly sourced leather. Because real leather is naturally absorbent, a little care will help it stay beautiful for years.
Keep your wallet or bag away from rain, spills, excessive heat, alcohol, perfume, and harsh cleaning products.
If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Avoid rubbing, soaking, or using a hair dryer.
Occasionally apply a small amount of leather conditioner, testing it first on a hidden area.
Your leather may soften and develop a richer character with time—part of the beauty of a piece made to be used and loved.
A care card is included with every order as a gentle reminder. 🌿

Can I see a mockup before engraving?
Because each order is prepared individually and we work quickly to ship orders on time, we’re generally unable to provide digital mockups. Listing photos show examples of our fonts and placement. Please message us before ordering if you have questions about whether your wording will fit.
