Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

The quality is the thing I have an issue with. I am waiting on a customer service response. And the shipping took a while. This is VERY flimsy and thin. Not good quality at all. The license plastic portion slides in and out of the wallet with the license - it is not even attached. It smells like plastic as well.
