Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

I love this wallet ! my old was wearing out. however I wish it was slightly bigger with the bill fold opening along the side. The new magnetics clasp is nice but there again if the button was closer to the edge it would help when the wallet becomes over stuffed. Clearly I need to carry fewer cards...

This is the fourth or fifth wallet I’ve purchased from this shop over the past 6 years. Her craftsmanship is beautiful and I will always come back to this seller when I need a wallet!! I ordered the same style a few years ago until I wore it completely out. This new wallet has some slightly different features from my other one of the same style, like a new closure mechanism. I can tell she’s always adapting and making changes to improve the design, which is the sign of a great craftsperson.
