Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Custom and personalized orders
We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.
Personalized, engraved, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please carefully check spelling, dates, capitalization, and personalization details before placing your order.

If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Avoid rubbing, soaking, or using a hair dryer.
Occasionally apply a small amount of leather conditioner, testing it first on a hidden area.
Your leather may soften and develop a richer character with time—part of the beauty of a piece made to be used and loved.

Out of three items I ordered, this was the only one that was received that was correct. I ordered two months ago and am still answering questions from the owner of this shop about details of the wallet in this order. Girl, YOU sent it to ME! Why are you asking me questions keeping me from receiving my items? It’s been TWO MONTHS! Get it together! ..currently I am asked by the owner to take photos of the old wallet and the new wallet I have to show her the difference in the clamp.. even though I’ve already explained the difference clearly and sent photos of the listings showing her what I was supposed to receive 😡 the owner needs to own up to mistakes made and make it right
