Future customers beware! They claim that a defect is a special feature. IT IS NOT! I received this defective small pouch and returned for a full refund. They charged me $5.63 for "restocking" and I had to pay $10.31 to return it. They claim that it is not defective, but that it was a special feature. If so, then why isn't this "special feature" shown in the description. The zipper does not close all of the way and loops at the end. See pictures. Again, if this is a special feature, why isn't this shown in their pictures? AS far as I'm concerned, they owe me $15.63. I should not have to pay to return and restock defective products. Putting in complaint with Etsy.

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with this shop. I have bought things from more than 50 small shops on Etsy and am reluctant to write such a bad review, but people should know what they are getting into. The pouch was way bigger than stated in the description (it was more than 6" x 4"). I immediately contacted the shop and sent them pictures with the wrong measurements. They never acknowledged their mistake. They wanted me to pay for the shipping back, to pay a 5 dollars re-stocking fee and did not want to reimburse me the original shipping costs. I had to open a case on Etsy. Etsy told the shop they had to give me a full refund, which they refused, after sending me multiple messages stating they had to be fair to all their customers. Etsy finally had to reimburse me because the shop still refused to.
