If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Poor quality item. Plastic glued half way around where you put your drivers license, asked for an exchange and they will not do it, they will not repair it either! Their reply was to remove the plastic cover?!! Really? Tear the new wallet up cause it was made improper?! They refuse to exchange or refund or repair it. Cheap plastic used as a liner behind the credit cards. This is a very cheap product and I would not recommend doing business with these people.
