Return Policies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Personalized, engraved, customized, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.

Box was not well packaged. Only had one piece of tape and arrived damaged with holes. Item had fallen out of box during transit. Messages seller who wanted to charge me shipping cost to replace the missing item that was poorly packaged. Had to ask for a refund because I should not have to be penalized for shipping when the seller clearly didn’t package the item properly in the first place.

This is very nice overall- I bought it to hold a rosary. My husband had to loosen up the hinge so it would both open and shut easily, but it seems to work well now. Works for my intended purpose anyway, and the tooling looks good. I think I bought the copper, and it’s more of a deep bronze metallic leather- which I don’t mind at all. Recommend it as a rosary, coin, or small item case, as long as you don’t need it to shut tightly because technically there is no real closure. Pretty, I also enjoy the fabric lining- good value for price.
