Return Policies.
We totally get itâsometimes things just donât work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyerâs responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refundsâit helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we donât get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

Box was not well packaged. Only had one piece of tape and arrived damaged with holes. Item had fallen out of box during transit. Messages seller who wanted to charge me shipping cost to replace the missing item that was poorly packaged. Had to ask for a refund because I should not have to be penalized for shipping when the seller clearly didnât package the item properly in the first place.

This is very nice overall- I bought it to hold a rosary. My husband had to loosen up the hinge so it would both open and shut easily, but it seems to work well now. Works for my intended purpose anyway, and the tooling looks good. I think I bought the copper, and itâs more of a deep bronze metallic leather- which I donât mind at all. Recommend it as a rosary, coin, or small item case, as long as you donât need it to shut tightly because technically there is no real closure. Pretty, I also enjoy the fabric lining- good value for price.
