We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.

Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

The quality is very nice, but my only complaint is that the straps are connected high on the flap making it easy to slip Open if fully filled with phone, sunglasses, etc., , and because it’s basically like a folded over wallet the base is tapered and very narrow. A nicer design might add a base the width of the top opening, allowing for more space. But still a lovey piece.
