We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.
Everything you see in the shop is in stock and ready to ship.
Wholesale availability
Yes! We offer wholesale starting at 25 pieces. Send us a message with your quantity and needs—we’d love to work with you.
Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

never received item. received someone else's order. A month ago, I was to be sent my order with return postage for the order I received in error. But I've gotten nothing in a month...I hate to leave a bad review b/c I use etsy all the time, but this is crazy.
