    If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

    Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you.     Never received my item, I reached out to USPS and was told the package was missing. I informed the seller of this but they were not helpful or seem to understand they needed to fill out a missing mail search request. The seller kept insisting on having me to wait for this package to then return to them for a refund. Thankfully, I was able to reach out to Etsy for help but cannot recommended based on poor customer service experience.
