    If you are looking to return for a refund,simply send it back with the invoice or a note enclosed including the following information:

    - what you would like to return
    Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you.     This is beautiful! The seller chatted with me on different fonts to help me decide which to go with for the initials, and where I wanted them placed. This came very quickly and would make a wonderful gift. I like that the wallet purse was placed inside a felt bag to help protect it in shipping, but would have like this shipped in a box as well. I plastic shipping mailer is too thin and can easily get cut/punctured going through sorting facilities. That’s my only complaint. Luckily it doesn’t look like it has any punctures or cuts in the leather even though the shipping bag did.


    This wallet is exactly as pictured. In fact, I'd say it is even more lovely in person. Very happy with this purchase!
