We’re not accepting fully custom orders at this time, but many of our items can be engraved with initials or short messages.
Everything you see in the shop is in stock and ready to ship.
Wholesale availability
Yes! We offer wholesale starting at 25 pieces. Send us a message with your quantity and needs—we’d love to work with you.
Return Policies.
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free shipping on your original order, but return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, we can send you a discounted prepaid label (U.S. only) and deduct the cost from your refund. A $5 restocking fee applies to all refunds—it helps cover part of the original shipping cost, which we don’t get back.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days and received in new, unused condition. Personalized and final sale items are non-refundable.
EU buyers have 14 days to return (personalized items excluded).

The bag is way smaller than I expected. I read the item description but I guess it didn’t sink in because the bag looked larger in the photos. Bought this as a Christmas gift to be used as a cosmetic bag but now not sure about giving it.
