We work exclusively with genuine sustainable leather and ship our products in compostable mailers whenever possible. Our leather is not covered with plastic, allowing its natural texture, markings, and character to remain visible.

ABOUT THE COLOR
Our leather is colored with natural anilines and pigments rather than covered with synthetic plastic coatings. For this reason, slight variations in shade, texture, and markings are normal and are part of what makes each wallet unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions. If you appreciate authentic leather and one-of-a-kind craftsmanship, these natural variations are something to celebrate.
LEATHER CARE
Genuine leather is a natural material and is not waterproof. To keep your wallet beautiful for years:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and heat
• Wipe away moisture promptly with a soft cloth
• Use a quality leather conditioner when needed
• Allow new leather time to soften naturally with use
A leather-care information card is included with your purchase.
ZIPPER CARE
For smooth operation, we recommend occasionally applying a small amount of zipper lubricant. For a wallet used daily, approximately once a month should be sufficient. Less frequently used items may only need it every few months.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Our available wallets are in stock and ready to ship from Hawai‘i, USA. Please review the processing time shown on the listing, especially when adding personalization.
For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your complete address before placing your order.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept eligible returns, exchanges, and cancellations when you contact us within five days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee, which helps cover mailers, processing, and restocking expenses. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Any loss in value resulting from use, damage, or improper packaging will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Your purchase includes a 15-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you discover a problem related to the wallet’s construction or craftsmanship during that period, please contact us so our team can inspect the item and provide an appropriate resolution.
Damage caused by water, misuse, improper care, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items. Buyers must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For U.S. orders, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.

We’re not currently creating completely new wallet or bag designs from scratch. However, all of our existing pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, short messages, or your own handwriting.
Most items are handcrafted in advance and ready for finishing. Personalization or engraving may add a little processing time, so please check the estimated shipping date shown on each listing.

Each Saly Limon piece is made from genuine, responsibly sourced leather. Because real leather is naturally absorbent, a little care will help it stay beautiful for years.
Keep your wallet or bag away from rain, spills, excessive heat, alcohol, perfume, and harsh cleaning products.
If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
Avoid rubbing, soaking, or using a hair dryer.
Occasionally apply a small amount of leather conditioner, testing it first on a hidden area.
Your leather may soften and develop a richer character with time—part of the beauty of a piece made to be used and loved.

The craftsmanship on the wallet was not good : missing leather colour under change purse, Closure extremely lopsided And wallet appeared beat up and used upon arrival. Had to send many messages to owner and return painful. Would not recommend seller if you have problems as Etsy had to step in.
