Please note that the request will only be processed as long as the item(s) come back to us in new condition.The package must be postmarked within 15 days from when tracking says your package was delivered to receive a refund. If the item(s) fail to meet the requirements or if a final sale item is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to you. Love the wallet. One of the cloth card dividers in the card sleeves detached, so maybe the card sleeves are just a little too small for cards. But overall still a good wallet.
